How we work

How we build AI automation with you.

We start with one process, agree how you will measure it, and build with your team reviewing every result. You decide how much the agent does on its own, and when.

  1. Talk

We start by listening. Which process is it, who does it, and what goes wrong? We give you an honest view on whether an AI agent fits, and if it does not, we say so.

    You bring
One process that costs your team time.
    You get
A straight answer on whether an agent fits.
  2. Map

We follow the process from start to finish with the people who do it, looking at real examples. Together we agree how you will tell whether the agent is working, before we build anything.

    You bring
Time with the people who do the work, and real examples.
    You get
A one-page baseline: what happens, where the time goes, and what we will measure.
  3. Build

We build the agent to run inside the systems you already use, with only the access you grant. Your team reviews what it produces from the first day, and we adjust as we learn from what they correct.

    You bring
A named reviewer, and the access you are comfortable granting.
    You get
An agent that does the work while your people approve each result.
  4. Dial up

Once the results are good, you decide how much the agent does on its own, one kind of task at a time. You can turn oversight back up whenever you like.

    You bring
Your judgement on how accurate is accurate enough.
    You get
Results measured against the baseline, and a say in how much it does alone.

Choosing a first process

What makes a good first process.

You do not need all five, but the more of them a process has, the better a place to begin.

It repeats often

The same kind of work comes round every day or every week, so time saved adds up.

You can describe the rules

Someone experienced can explain how they decide, even if it takes a while.

The inputs already exist

The emails, documents or records it works from are in a system we can reach.

Someone can judge the result

A person can look at the output and say whether it is right.

Early mistakes are cheap to catch

With a person reviewing, a wrong draft costs a moment, not a customer.

Control and data

You stay in control of the agent, and of the data it touches.

You approve first

We begin with your team approving each result. Oversight steps back only when accuracy has been proven, and only if you choose.

Inside your tools

Agents work in the systems you already use, with the access you grant, so your process does not have to move.

Nothing hidden

We design each agent so that its work can be reviewed: what it looked at and what it did.
