HR and people operations
Give HR its week back from repeat questions and chasing.
HR spends much of its time on things that follow a pattern: the same policy questions, the same onboarding steps, the same reminders. A Ganvix agent takes on the pattern, and your HR team keeps the decisions about people.
Where it hurts today
Sound familiar?
The same leave and policy questions arrive every week.
Onboarding depends on IT, payroll and managers all remembering their part.
New joiners wait for accounts and equipment.
Nobody has a single view of what is done and what is stuck.
What the agent does
The pattern, taken off your team's hands.
Runs the onboarding checklist
For each new joiner it tracks the steps across IT, payroll and the manager, and sends reminders when one is late.
Answers policy questions with the source
It answers from your handbook and policies and shows the exact section, so people can check it for themselves.
Drafts routine messages
Welcome notes, document requests and standard letters are drafted for HR to review.
Keeps a record
You can see which steps were completed, by whom, and when.
Control
Where your people stay in control.
HR reviews anything that goes to an employee that is not a plain policy answer.
We design the agent not to make or suggest judgements about people, such as hiring, performance or pay.
You choose which policies it may answer from.
Works with
The tools you already use.
- HR systems that offer an API or an export
- Email and calendar
- Slack
- Your handbook and policy documents
These are examples. If you use something else, ask us: most tools with an integration, an API or an export can be connected.
To get started
What we would need from you.
- Your handbook and policies.
- The onboarding checklist for each kind of role.
- The systems that need updating at each step.
- Who in HR reviews and approves.
Does it handle confidential employee information?
We agree with you exactly what it may see before we start, and we limit it to that. Anything sensitive can be kept out of scope entirely.
Will it make decisions about people?
No. It handles routine questions and tasks. Decisions about hiring, performance, pay and similar matters stay with people, and we design the agent to stay out of them.
Can employees ask it questions directly?
Yes, if you want that. Answers come from the policies you choose, with the source shown, and it says when it cannot find an answer.
