Sales and revenue operations

Stop deals going quiet because nobody followed up.

Your best reps already know what to do next. The trouble is finding the time to do it for every lead and every open deal. A Ganvix agent keeps watch on your inbox and CRM, drafts the follow-up, and hands it to the right person to send.

Email, CRM and calendar activity go to a follow-up agent, which drafts a message. A sales rep reviews and sends it, and the CRM is updated.

Where it hurts today

Sound familiar?

New leads wait in an inbox until someone has a spare hour.

Follow-up quality depends on who happens to pick it up.

Notes from calls and emails reach the CRM late, or not at all.

Managers find out a deal has stalled when it is too late to help.

What the agent does

The pattern, taken off your team's hands.

  1. Watches for deals that have gone quiet

It reads your CRM and email activity and flags deals with no reply or no next step, using the definition of stalled that you give it.

  2. Drafts the follow-up

It writes a message from the full history of the conversation, in your team's tone, ready for a rep to review.

  3. Keeps the CRM current

It proposes updates to fields and notes from emails and meetings, so records match what actually happened.

  4. Gives managers a clear morning view

A short daily summary lists which deals need attention and why, with a link to the thread.

Control

Where your people stay in control.

A rep reviews and sends every message. Nothing goes to a customer without a person's approval.

You decide which deals, fields and accounts the agent may look at or change.

Pricing, discounts and commitments stay with your team.

Works with

The tools you already use.

  • A CRM, such as Salesforce
  • Email and calendar, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Slack for the daily summary

These are examples. If you use something else, ask us: most tools with an integration, an API or an export can be connected.

To get started

What we would need from you.

  • Read access to a CRM. A test copy is fine to start.
  • A handful of follow-ups your team considers good.
  • Your definition of a stalled deal, and who approves messages.
  • One person who can tell us when a draft is wrong.

Questions

Before you ask.

More questions
Will the agent email customers on its own?

Not by default. We start with every message reviewed and sent by a person. Whether that ever changes is your decision, made once you have seen how accurate the drafts are.

Does it work with our CRM?

It can work with CRMs that offer an API or a data export, and we have connected to tools such as Salesforce. Tell us which one you use and we will confirm before you commit to anything.

How does it know what a good follow-up looks like?

From your own examples. We ask for a small set of messages your team considers good, check the drafts against them, and your reviewers correct anything that is off.
